I've 20 years of experience immersing myself in businesses, in various advertising or marketing roles, and since 2009 with my own Clients. It helps that I've worked my way through roles because I've been the salesperson, client service, creative, as well as the strategist (and more!) and I've been on the receiving and creating sides of culture. Much of my experience has been practical - which means I see value from the customer and organisation's point of view. The better we connect and deliver value to the right customer, the more your business will thrive.
