Lumbered with a no-name brand kind of feeling, this innovative peripherals manufacturer were looking for ways to upscale their professional presentation to bring them more success in this competitive space. We worked to distinguish the product brand from the service brand, which has a separate proposition and ideal customer. We developed a visual identity and strong positioning strapline to establish a market niche instead of merely competing across the board with existing big names.
We worked on product categorisation, website function and flow, as well as copy and key messaging.
